Dream Groups

Dream Group Exploration

Allegra facilitates dream groups for up to five people, as a one-off or on a regular basis, offering a collective approach to understanding dreams. This group setting enhances the dreamwork process by incorporating multiple perspectives and insights.

Group Structure

Participants are encouraged to form their own group before contacting Allegra for facilitation. The frequency of meetings is flexible and determined by the group's preferences.

Session Format

Each session follows a structured yet adaptable process:

  1. A group member shares a dream

  2. The group explores connections between the dream and the dreamer's waking life

  3. Participants offer their own associations and interpretations

  4. The dreamer revisits the dream through a guided Waking Dream Process

This approach combines personal reflection with collective insight, often revealing patterns and themes that might not be apparent in individual work.

Benefits of Group Dreamwork

Working in a group setting allows participants to:

  • Gain diverse perspectives on their dreams

  • Recognize universal themes and archetypes

  • Deepen their understanding of dream symbolism

  • Apply dream insights to daily life

The collective exploration often leads to richer interpretations, as each member's unique viewpoint contributes to a more comprehensive understanding of the dream's potential meanings.

Whether you're new to dreamwork or have previous experience, group sessions offer a unique opportunity to expand your understanding of dreams and their relevance to waking life.
