Group Dreamwork
Group dreamwork offers a collaborative approach to exploring and understanding individual dreams. In each session, one person shares their dream, and the group collectively examines its potential meanings and connections to the dreamer's waking life, before the dreamer revisits it through a guided visualisation process. This process is cathartic for the whole group, as each person finds their own insight from the collective experience.

Social Dreaming
Social dreaming is a group practice where participants share their dreams and respond to others' dreams in a collective setting. Instead of interpreting dreams, the group simply listens and offers associations, which can include memories, feelings, physical sensations, or other dreams. This approach allows dreams to be experienced in a social context, creating a space for reflection and connection without the pressure of analysis or interpretation.

Creative Dreaming
Creative dreaming is a group practice that begins with a collective waking dream meditation, during which each participant focuses on their own dream. Participants then express their dream experiences through painting or drawing. This non-verbal, artistic process allows dreamers to bypass logical analysis and tap directly into the rich symbolism of the unconscious, often revealing deeper meanings and emotions that might be missed through verbal interpretation alone.
